2. What Data We Collect

  • Contact form data — name, e-mail address, phone number, industry and the content of your message.
  • Business and onboarding data — if you become our client, we process data required for KYC/AML checks, such as company details, identification documents of directors and beneficial owners, and financial information.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and cookies (see section 7).

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected: contact enquiries for a maximum of 2 years; contractual and KYC/AML documentation for the period required by applicable law (typically 5–10 years after termination of the business relationship); and marketing data until consent is withdrawn.

5. Data Recipients

Your data may be shared with: acquiring banks and payment institutions involved in providing our services; IT and hosting providers; legal and accounting advisors; and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure adequate safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • restriction of processing (Art. 18),

  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
